Head of SALES

A2Z Drone Delivery is seeking an experienced salesperson to connect the right people with our products and services. Our clients come from a broad spectrum of industries and sizes, and our industry is young with many new players in the field. As such, we’re not just looking for someone to “push product”. We want someone who will find customers whose needs align with our offerings, and build relationships that facilitate mutual growth.

We’re always discovering new niches and applications for our technology and we hope you will, too. Lead generation in this field is adjacent to business development; the ideal candidate will take initiative to work in not only the obvious sectors, but will seek novel use cases and ripe markets for us to explore.

This is a technical sales role. The candidate must be able to understand a customer’s logistical operation and clearly communicate to them how our solutions can help. Ability to learn about and discuss the general process of software and hardware integration after is a must.

We are looking for the following experience:

• 2+ years of commercial hardware sales experience, ideally in the aviation space. This could be for commercial DJI resellers, US-based commercial drone manufacturers, or related.

• Proficient in CRM tools. Hubspot preferred.

• Strong ability to connect, listen, and generate new leads.

Nice to have:

• Part 107 certificate.

• Strong past sales performance metrics.
